Forrestal Capital traces its origin to the 2003 divestment of Panamerican Beverages by the Stanton family. Woods Staton, Executive Chairman of Arcos Dorados, established the office to manage the resulting multi-generational capital. Annette Franqui, former CFO of Panamco, and Carlos Hernandez-Artigas, former General Counsel, joined as co-founders and continue to shape allocation policy. The office deploys across venture capital, hedge funds and private equity. It executes direct co-investments and SPVs alongside fund commitments. Confirmed exposures include positions in robotics, supply chain logistics, digital health and healthcare services. Geographic reach covers North America and South America, with particular emphasis on Latin American growth companies. A separate southeastern US real estate portfolio holds mixed-use assets. The team numbers five named principals and operates from a single Miami office. Carlos Padula serves as Managing Director for day-to-day operations. Francisco Staton participates as a family member and business partner. The Stanton Family Foundation sits alongside the investment vehicle.
