John Gamble, a descendant of the Procter & Gamble founding family, leads the office. The internal team is intentionally lean, with specialist advisors and external managers engaged for domain-specific diligence and execution.

The office uses both paths. It makes direct co-investments, often alongside other single-family offices, and allocates to external fund managers when sector-specific expertise or access warrants it across private equity, credit, and real assets.
