Frequently asked questions
What investment stages does Novus Capital Group cover?
Novus Capital Group invests across the full early-to-growth spectrum: seed, start-up, early-stage, and expansion or late-stage. It also offers venture debt, which provides structured, non-dilutive capital to companies alongside or in between equity rounds.
Does Novus Capital Group do venture debt, equity, or both?
Both. The firm operates a dual strategy — direct equity investments across venture stages and a venture debt capability. This flexible capital approach can serve companies that want growth equity, bridge financing, or non-dilutive runway financing.
Who makes investment decisions at Novus Capital Group?
The firm has not publicly disclosed its principals or investment committee structure. This opacity is not uncommon among smaller private equity and venture firms that rely on select LP relationships and private networks rather than broad institutional marketing.
