Stan Perron established the group through successive commercial ventures that began more than seventy years ago. The family office continues under the direction of his daughter Elizabeth Perron and professional management led by Adam Irving. Richard Goyder joined the board as Non-Executive Chair in March 2025. The portfolio centres on real estate, infrastructure, and private equity. Direct co-investments and joint ventures constitute the primary deployment vehicles. Confirmed holdings include Central Park in Perth, Galleria Shopping Centre, Westfield Burwood, Northland Shopping Centre, Belmont Forum, Cockburn Gateway, and Hamersley Iron Royalties in the Pilbara. Geographic exposure remains limited to Australia, with additional land positions at SkyRidge on the Gold Coast and Witchcliffe Ecovillage in Western Australia. The firm also maintains long-standing joint-venture relationships with Vicinity Centres, Scentre Group, and GPT Group. Total assets stand at 3.5 billion dollars. The office employs a compact professional team and does not publish headcount. Elizabeth Perron chairs the Stan Perron Charitable Foundation, which operates separately from the investment company. March 2025 marked the appointment of Richard Goyder as Non-Executive Chair, providing additional governance oversight alongside Chief Executive Adam Irving. The family office structure separates investment management from the philanthropic vehicle while retaining direct control over operating assets and royalty streams.
