Phoenix Capital was established by Abdulla Saeed Juma Al Naboodah, who also serves as an Executive Director at the Saeed & Mohammed Al Naboodah Group, one of the UAE’s oldest family conglomerates. The office manages the principal’s wealth through a multi-asset investment company structure focused on long-term value creation and capital preservation. The investment approach covers private equity, venture capital, real estate and oil and gas holdings. Confirmed focuses include early-stage through late-stage opportunities in AI/ML, enterprise software, consumer tech and ESG themes.
