Polytechnic Institute of New York University, now known as NYU Tandon School of Engineering, is the engineering school of New York University. Dating back to 1854, it is one of the oldest private engineering and technology schools in the United States. The institution focuses on solving modern challenges through research and experiential learning, including advancements in 5G telecommunications, sustainable urban development, augmented and virtual reality, data science, biomedical engineering, and cybersecurity.
