Founder Jon Ravenscroft continues to lead Ravenscroft Capital, the entity within the group that directs investment activity. Majority shareholder Stephen Lansdown — the billionaire co-founder of Hargreaves Lansdown — provides strategic capital and influence but is not involved in day-to-day portfolio management. The firm operates under a regulated board chaired by Dominic Jones.

Ravenscroft is the Channel Islands operating entity of Titan Wealth, a group that reports £45 billion in assets under management and more than 1,450 staff across eight jurisdictions (per Titan Wealth, 2025). The local business trades as Titan Wealth CI and maintains its Guernsey headquarters and a Jersey office, offering all services under the group umbrella.

Ravenscroft operates across both. It manages the Guernsey Investment Fund, for which the States of Guernsey is a cornerstone investor, and also holds direct stakes in private companies such as ASG Group and Jacksons Group, alongside a portfolio of commercial real estate assets in Guernsey and Jersey.

Precious metals form a core pillar of the firm's offering. Affiliated vehicles BullionRock Precious Metals and BullionRock Silver enable clients to purchase, hold, and store physical bullion. This capability is rare among Channel Islands securities firms and gives Ravenscroft a structural hedge against equity-market volatility.

Billionaire Stephen Lansdown, co-founder of Hargreaves Lansdown, is the majority shareholder. His involvement provides patient, long-term capital and serves as a reputational anchor. Unlike a private-equity-backed consolidator, the firm can pursue strategies without a fixed exit timeline, giving it a permanent-capital posture.
