Reddy Group traces its origin to a small construction company founded by Y.P. Reddy in Suva, Fiji in 1947. Rohit Reddy and Kamini Reddy now direct strategy and finance from the Auckland headquarters, supported by Brett Sutton and Tim Cunliffe. The office maintains a values framework that shapes decisions across more than seventy-five years of family ownership. Investment activity spans private equity, real estate, hospitality, private credit, hedge funds and infrastructure. Capital is deployed through direct co-investments, SPVs and fund-of-funds vehicles. Geographic reach covers Oceania, Asia, Africa, North America and the Middle East. The firm targets early-stage, growth and mature opportunities in sectors that include AgriTech, FinTech, PropTech and Energy Transition. Over 2,000 employees work across the group’s managed operating businesses. The family office maintains a senior leadership team of four named principals. No additional offices are disclosed. Brett Sutton joined the investment committee chair role in 2022 after prior positions at the New Zealand Superannuation Fund and Todd Capital. The office structure keeps investment decisions inside the family with external expertise limited to the investment committee chair. Governance separates operating-company oversight from the family-office mandate, allowing patient capital allocation without external LP pressure.
