General Information
The Savings and Employee Retirement and Premium Fund (SAVER-Premium Fund) was established on April 1, 1998, by the Singapore Armed Forces (Amendment) Act 1998. Initially known as the SAVER Fund, it was renamed on March 31, 2000, after the introduction of the Premium Plan. The fund is managed and administered by a Board of Trustees appointed by the Armed Forces Council, combining assets from both SAVER and Premium Plans for co-investment.
