Skip Capital was founded in 2018 by Scott Farquhar, co-founder of Atlassian, and Kim Jackson, a former investment banker. The firm manages the principals' private capital and maintains offices in Sydney. Farquhar's Atlassian experience shapes the mandate toward founder-led technology companies and long-duration infrastructure holdings. The firm allocates across venture capital, private equity, infrastructure and real assets. It participates in early-stage rounds and growth equity while also acquiring operating infrastructure platforms.
