Solvia Vermögensverwaltungs serves the owners of Mast-Jägermeister SE. It was previously known as Phoenix Beteiligungs- und Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH before the 2006 name change. The office focuses on asset allocation, direct investments and real estate to support long-term family objectives. Investment activity spans private equity, private credit, infrastructure and real estate. Confirmed holdings include a stake in Pegasus CP Holding GmbH and commercial real estate exposure via Branicks Group AG. The portfolio also contains organic agricultural land in Germany, mixed-use interests in New York City and renewable energy projects across Europe. Geographic reach covers Europe and North America. Investment stages include buyout, growth, mezzanine, seed and series A through C. The firm employs a small leadership team. Jarno Schäfermann has served as Managing Director since at least 2019. Wolf-Jakob Herpich joined as Managing Director in February 2025 after prior roles at the Haub Legacy and Hasso Plattner Foundation. Fabian Leißring has been Group Legal Counsel since December 2023. Adjacent vehicles include the Curt Mast Foundation, eva foundation and Tomvia gGmbH. Solvia maintains a hybrid structure that combines internal management of real assets with external advisory relationships. Former Managing Director Ralf Bauderer has chaired the advisory board of Pegasus CP Holding GmbH since July 2025 while maintaining his prior Solvia connection.
