Al Fardan Group was formed to manage the diversified interests of the Al Fardan family. Hasan Fardan Al Fardan serves as CEO; other family members hold operating and board roles. The group traces its activities to banking, currency exchange and property ownership in the UAE and Qatar. Investment activity covers real estate, hospitality, luxury retail and financial services. Holdings include multiple Carlton-branded hotels in Dubai, The St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat Resort in Oman and jewellery boutiques in Dubai Mall and Abu Dhabi. The firm also participates in private-equity-style direct investments and maintains exposure to agarwood plantations through a Bahrain joint venture. Geographic deployment reaches the UAE, Oman, Qatar, Jordan, the Czech Republic and selected Asian markets. The group employs no disclosed headcount figure. Hasan Fardan Al Fardan sits on the board of Emirates Family Office Association and chairs the FinTech Subcommittee of the Foreign Exchange & Remittance Group. In 2023 he served as Vice Chairman of GSCS Group of Companies and Fardan Al Fardan Holdings. Board representation at listed Gulf financial institutions supplies proprietary access to local deal flow and co-investment opportunities that external managers do not replicate.
