Altum Group was built under the leadership of Zena Couppey, who holds the role of Chief Executive Officer. The firm supplies family office, fund administration, and corporate services to high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors. Altum Group executes across real estate, private equity, debt, and alternative assets. It supports buyout, growth, and venture capital stages through direct holdings, co-investments, and fund structures. The firm maintains presence in Europe, Asia, and Africa. Confirmed activity spans private credit, infrastructure, natural resources, and secondaries. Altum Group operates additional offices in London, Luxembourg, Guernsey, and Cape Town. Paul Tomlinson heads the family office practice and John Perestrelo leads real estate. The firm participates in Jersey Finance roundtables and holds membership in STEP, where Anthony Pitcher previously served as Worldwide Chair. Altum Group separates its commercial operations from the Altum Foundation. Baroness Helena Morrissey DBE serves as Group Chair while also leading the Diversity Project. This structure allows the firm to combine fiduciary services with external governance roles.
