ArthaScope traces to 2008 when Brian Kudsk and Jan Severin Sølbæk established the firm in Hellerup. It operates as a multi-family office serving Danish families through wealth management and investment advisory. The 2023 merger with Scope Investment, founded by Jonas Melchior in 2016, consolidated operations under Artha Holding A/S. The firm deploys capital across real estate, infrastructure, private equity, and private credit. It participates in direct co-investments and SPVs as well as fund-of-funds structures.
