ASK Wealth Advisors was founded in 2006 by Asit Koticha and Sameer Koticha. The firm grew from the ASK Group, which built its base in securities research and asset management before expanding into wealth solutions. Blackstone acquired a majority stake in the parent ASK Investment Managers Limited in February 2022. The firm deploys capital across private equity, hedge funds, real estate, and fund-of-funds structures. It targets growth-stage investments with ticket sizes between $4 million and $12 million.
