CNCB (Hong Kong) Investment Limited (信银投资) is the sole overseas investment banking platform of China CITIC Bank and is wholly owned by the parent bank. It holds a money lender licence and has three wholly-owned subsidiaries—CNCB Capital, CNCB Beijing and CNCB Shenzhen—which hold Hong Kong SFC regulated activity licences (Types 1, 4, 6 and 9) and onshore private fund manager licences, forming an integrated onshore-offshore, commercial bank plus investment bank, equity plus debt product and service system. The parent directly conducts bond investment, mezzanine investment, cross-border investment and financing and equity investment, while subsidiaries focus on securities underwriting, securities advisory, corporate finance advisory, asset management, wealth management and onshore PE fund management. It has joined the ranks of mainstream Chinese investment banks in Hong Kong.
