Core Investments Group was formed to manage and preserve family wealth. Jainthilal Patel serves as director and sole shareholder. The office maintains a diversified mandate that spans public and private markets, real estate and alternative investments. Deployment covers commodities, distressed and turnaround situations, infrastructure, private credit, private equity and real estate. Confirmed investment stages include core, development and value-add. Geographic reach extends to Africa, Asia, the Middle East and Central Asia, North America and Oceania. The firm has executed positions through its physical energy trading portfolio and global macro trading portfolio based in Auckland. Co-founder Prasann Patel also serves as special advisor to the Energy Fiji Limited board on syndicated financing and hedging programs. The office lists seven professionals in its internal record. Additional properties include the Harbour-Point Complex in Lami, Fiji and the RB Patel CenterPoint Building in Nasinu, Fiji. The structure centers on direct ownership by Jainthilal Patel Limited rather than an external manager or multi-client platform. Philanthropic activity occurs through the separate Deepavali Charitable Trust.
