DYNASTION was established in 2014 by Svetlana Dankovičová. The firm traces its capital base to the construction and development activities of DYNAMIK HOLDING, a.s., founded by Jozef Beliš. Benjamín Beliš, son of the original founder, serves on the supervisory board of that company while participating in DYNASTION governance. The office allocates across public equities and bonds, direct real-estate projects, energy infrastructure, and private-equity co-investments. Confirmed holdings include the Savarin mixed-use development in Prague executed with co-investor Crestyl and the Rezidencia Horský Park residential project in Bratislava.
