The four founders each bring founder-level operating experience. Yoav Amit co-founded Kidaro, an enterprise desktop virtualization company acquired by Microsoft, and OpenRest, a restaurant-management platform. Yoav Naveh co-founded Reindeer AI, an applied machine learning venture. Danny Leshem also co-founded OpenRest and is a member of YPO. Yair Weinberger rounds out the partnership with a track record that aligns with the group's entrepreneurial focus on Israeli software.

INT3's deal sourcing is driven by the deep entrepreneurial networks of its four Managing Partners. As repeat founders with exits, they operate within the same Israeli tech circles that produce the early-stage companies they back, creating a flow of referrals from peer founders, angel investors, and alumni networks.
