Longbow is currently investing out of a single vehicle, the Longbow Energy Transition Fund. Longbow’s current mandate is confined to the energy transition. The portfolio includes companies in renewable-energy analytics, distributed power management, remote power systems, methane monitoring and environmental services. The firm does not describe a separate non-energy allocation.

Longbow does not publicly detail its sourcing model. The firm states that its team’s years of energy investing experience and a global network of relationships drive its ability to identify and evaluate businesses that are transforming energy production and consumption.

Longbow is organized as a generalist asset manager, not a family office. The firm is headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, and invests through a pooled fund structure rather than managing a single family’s capital.
