Mosaic Management
Mosaic Management, LLC (“Mosaic”) is a fully integrated Atlanta-based management firm specializing in the investment, development, and operations of multi-unit portfolios in the food and beverage, hospitality, and real estate industries. Traditionally, we have concentrated on service-based businesses and are looking to make controlling investments in closely-held private companies with annual revenues in excess of $10 million. Mosaic takes a disciplined approach to identifying, acquiring, and managing its portfolio companies. We work directly with management throughout the life of the investment in order to implement and execute value maximization strategies. We recognize that successful businesses take time to build. Our operators and investors do not impose artificial investment horizons on the companies in which we invest. Alternatively, we seek to grow businesses over the long-term. Our philosophy is to consider the capital structure and management strategy that best facilitates growth for our portfolio companies. We believe that this approach leads to healthy businesses poised for sustainable growth

Frequently asked questions
Which sectors does Mosaic Management target?
The firm focuses exclusively on three sectors: food and beverage, hospitality, and real estate. Within these, it concentrates on multi-unit portfolios — owning and operating clusters of assets rather than one-off properties or single restaurants. Its website identifies no separate venture, technology, or credit strategies.
How does Mosaic Management make investment decisions?
Mosaic does not publicly disclose its governance, principals, or investment-committee makeup. No named owners, managing partners, or directors appear on its website or in available public filings. The firm's decision-making authority therefore remains opaque to outside allocators, which is unusual for an entity seeking institutional-level partnerships.
