This allows partner firms to retain full investment autonomy while accessing Resolute's sales, marketing, and operational infrastructure to reach U.S. wealth and retirement intermediaries.

Resolute acts as a compensated promoter and distributor for ARK Invest products, including the ARK 21Shares Bitcoin ETF. It provides distribution muscle and intermediary access that ARK Invest leverages to scale its ETF and mutual fund offerings across the U.S. wealth channel. The relationship is a strategic distribution partnership, not an acquisition or sub-advisory arrangement.

Kelso & Company was the majority owner, and Estancia Capital Partners held a significant minority stake. The 2023 recapitalization reshaped the firm’s ownership, though current controlling interests have not been publicly disclosed. The restructuring preceded the 2025 rebranding to American Beacon Partners.

Historically a traditional mutual fund distributor, Resolute extended its platform into private-market alternatives through strategic distribution partnerships. In February 2026, the firm announced a partnership with Cordillera Investment Partners to deliver private credit, real estate, and other niche alternative strategies to wealth-channel investors. Private funds and interval funds are also part of the platform’s vehicle lineup.
