Trademark Capital was established as a single-family office by Joseph G. Ezernack, Jr. and Donald Beasley. The founders built the vehicle to manage and allocate family capital with an emphasis on downside protection. It maintains exposure in North America and executes tactical shifts between high-return and low-risk environments.
