Watar Partners was established in 2014 by its three managing partners to deliver financial advisory services to private investment offices of select families in the Gulf. The firm operates from Riyadh with a second office in Dubai and draws on its partners' prior experience in regional banking and wealth management. The firm executes through direct co-investments and SPVs, fund-of-funds commitments, infrastructure and private credit. Its sector focus spans mobility and transportation, energy transition and renewables, circular economy and healthcare services, all within a Middle East and Central Asia footprint. It evaluates asset managers, conducts due diligence on prospective holdings and produces performance reports for principals. Watar Partners sets up and monitors private offices, manages liquidity needs and maintains relationships with external service providers. No recent operational events from the last 24 months appear in public records. The firm remains an independent advisor rather than a registered investment advisor or securities broker, separating its mandate from discretionary asset management or brokerage activities.
