The firm allocates across private equity, sustainable real estate, natural resources and digital assets. It executes through direct co-investments, SPVs and fund-of-funds commitments. Confirmed holdings include multiple London residential and mixed-use projects such as Poet’s Corner, Kensal View and The Brick. All activity remains inside Europe. No public figure for assets under management exists. The team includes family members Fenella Kol-Bar and Guy Kol-Bar plus external executives Johan van Zyl and Joshua Olshin. Yellow Brick Estates operates as the dedicated real estate development arm.
